Fanning The Fire Within come join us for a fun weekend of self exploration and inspiration using paint. What better way to start the New Year off right than playing with paint and discovering from this Deeper Intuitive part of you. What ever your life needs for the coming year will be revealed.  Metaphors hold a lot of information and we will work with them and unpack them to see what it is that will fan your inner fire.  It’s always fun to do this class at the beginning of the year because of the new possibilities every New Year brings.  Just like a new dawn but bigger. So come and find the wisdom and strength within you.  Let your life and inner fire burn a little brighter this coming year.

 

No worries if you are a beginner and never taken this class or any other art class before.  All you have to do is come with an open heart and mind and the paint will take you where you need to go.  It will open the door for you and give you exactly what you need.  As one of my students once said “my life was like a submarine and this opened up the hatch.”  That is what I hope for you, to open up what’s inside of you through the fun of paint.  Such a simple creative act can really change your life.

*Extra Days Added On.  This year I’m going to try a new experiment.  One of my students requested that she wanted to paint for longer. That she thought there was a lot more she needed to explore and that a couple more days of painting would be great.  So for those of you that want to go even deeper you can add on the extra two days for an additional  $80 per day.  The studio will be open so you can add one or two days what ever suits your needs.  Just let me know when you sign up or during the weekend if you want to take advantage of this option.

Any one can do this no previous art experience required. I supply everything, all you need to do is wear old clothes you can get paint on and enjoy what wants to come.

You will need to bring a sac lunch both days. I will provide healthy snacks and teas.  If you need anything else please bring it.  We will take several breaks including one lunch.

The workshops starts each morning at 10am and goes to 5pm. I ask that you arrive between 9:30 and 9:50 so we can start right on time.  The cost is $180 for first time participants and discounted to $160 for students taking it the second or multiple times. Announcing a rare Second Summer 2017 Intuitive Painting Weekend to “LET GO AND LET COME” August 19-20, at my Studio in North Portland.

Announcing Summer Shadow Support Group *USING THE GIFTS OF OUR SHADOW* Starting Thursday July 25 thru August 29th, 7 to 9 pm, Sigh up Now

Join me for this life changing 6 weeks Support Group.  This is some of the most powerful work you will ever do.  Based on my training with Debbie Ford and my experience developing Affirmative Innergetics I gift to you the techniques of integrating your Shadow and how that frees up a lot of energy not available to you now.  We will dive deep in to the basement and bring up exactly what you need.  I promise this support group will change your life.  Come and learn to explore the following and integrate the strengths you discover back into your life. One of the most important things you will ever do is work with your Shadows. This often misunderstood part of us is a huge key to our happiness but is seldom addressed. It is key to knowing how to handle upsets when they come along.

So bring what ever is bothering you it can be turned around to be come one of your greatest strengths. Whether it is a person that drives you crazy and you can’t stand, some awful situation that keeps happening no matter how much you try to avoid it or something that you always wanted but never seem to get. These are the problems we will work on each week.

I promise you will uncover the gifts these Shadow parts hold for you and integrate them back into your life. It is not that you will become this Shadow  you have hidden away but will be free to use it’s strengths.

Announcing New 2013 February INTUITIVE PAINTING WORKSHOP “Developing Intuition In Your Art” Learn how using more intuition can imporve your Art and Life- Feb 23-24 at my Studio, Portland Or.

As we go into the New Year of 2013 more and more of us are changing the way we do things.  What we need more of this coming year is intuition and how to utilize it in our art and life.  Whether that is painting, writing, dance or even therapy with clients.  Intuitive Painting can open up areas of your consciousness not available to your conscious mind.  This new way of knowing can help you figure out and solve lots of problems you haven’t been able to so far. This is about self discovery, the unknown and not having a plan.  Look for the surprises that come, they have the answers you seek.

Carl Jung and Malcolm Westcot the main researcher in Intuition of our day gave this description of a person that is Intuitive. 11 reasons to develop more intuition in your life and take my workshop.

Releasing the Dreams…
In the days before dreams, the world was made of water. It was dark and turbulent. The land was black and rich, full of every mineral, but there were no dreams. The earth goddess was still asleep in the deepest depths of the ocean. The sun god was hardly noticeable. And the world was left without dreams.
Buried deep within the sea was the vessel and the key. It was the way to unlock the land from the ocean and it was full of rich colors. The people of the earth searched and searched for it, but no one could find it. The priestesses were consulted. From their power of intuition they knew how to find the vessel and the key.

The priestesses told the people to find the sea turtle for it had survived for millions of years and he knew where the vessel and the key were hidden. The people called upon the turtle in the blackest depths of the sea to show them where it was.

Once found, the vessel and key floated to the surface and all the dreams that had ever been dreamed and all the dreams still to come were let out of the ocean and floated into the air; uniting the people of the land, water, wind and fire to be as one. To create the world they dream of…

SUMMER WORKSHOP *INTUITIVE POWER PAITNING* AUGUST 7-8 Register Now

I am back from South Africa. What an amazing experience. Had a blast sharing this process with 9 fabulous South Africans. All had a breakthrough experience and proves once again how powerful this process is. I look forward to sharing this experience with you in my studio in North Portland on August 7-8. The Workshop runs two full days, Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm. It is held at my Studio, in Portland, Oregon. All you have to do is wear old comfortable clothes you can get paint on, bring a sack lunch, have an open heart and a curious mind and I will do the rest.

DISCOVERING THE GIFTS OF YOUR SHADOW WEEKLY STUDY GROUP

This is a study group for you to befriend your shadows by taking whatever person or situation is bothering or disgusting you the most and turning it into the gift you need.

Once you understand what that is, and how you can benefit from it, it transforms and you are no longer bothered or disturbed and can now use it in your life. You can never have complete peace until you learn to do this.

Based on the work of Debbie Ford and her book “The Dark Side of The Light Chasers,” we will study how our Shadow helps us become who we are and holds the gifts to empower our lives. Discovering your shadows and its gifts is probably the most freeing experience you can have. As Debbie Ford describes it, “Imagine trying to hold a beach ball under water, how much energy that takes and when it gets loose it pops up and hits you in the face.” This is how your Shadow works, it is always there trying to give you the balance your life needs and pops up to hit you until you finely get the message your life needs.

Group meets weekly, Thursday evenings 7 to 9 pm or afternoons 1 to 3, for 6 weeks. Cost is $35 dollars per week, can be paid weekly or at beginning of group. Group meets at my studio in North Portland. Group is limited to 8 people.

Fall Workshop-INTUITIVE PAINTING: EXPRESSING YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF WEEKEND- Workshop November 7th-8th

Welcome to the last of my Intuitive Painting Weekend Workshops for 2009, the second weekend of November 7th-8th. This weekend is for people that want to express themselves authentically, be more creative and discover what is in their heart. This process is about letting go and painting with the right side of your brain, so no experience necessary you already know and have everything you need.

Experienced artists and non-artists alike benefit from this creative weekend. Studies prove that how we feel about ourselves effects how much joy and inspiration we get out of life. This workshop lets you play, find joy and get back on an authentic track. Playing freely with the paint allows you to reach deeper parts of yourselves and listen to what they have to say. So if you want to create a more authentic life this is the weekend for you.
