Carolyn has a BS in Art Education, magna cum laude, from Central Connecticut State University, New Britain CONN. She completed Core Shamanic Studies with renowned Anthropologist Michael Harner at the Institute of Integral Studies, San Francisco, CA. and Shamanic Counseling with Sandra Harner PhD, through the Foundation for Shamanic Studies, Mill Valley CA. Carolyn studied Process Work with Dr. Arnold Mindell, at both Lava Rock Clinic, Yachats, OR. and The Process Work Institute, Portland OR. She became certified in PSYCH-K® with Joan Cameron, Portland OR. and studied the Shadow Process with Debbie Ford through the Ford Institute For Integrated Coaching, San Diego CA. She studied Painting From The Source with Aviva Gould at Institute of Integral Studies, San Francisco, CA. She completed Clean Language and Symbolic Modeling Facilitator Certification with Marion Way, from United Kingdom, at her training in Portland, Or. 2008 and 2011. Before moving to Portland OR. she taught art in college and owned Winkler Contemporary Art Gallery in Sutter Creek, CA. She practiced Hypnotherapy in San Francisco CA. and graduated, Palo Alto School of Hypnotherapy, Palo Alto CA.

She has Certification in Art Education, Inner Child Therapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Process Work Intensive, PSYCH-K®, Shadow Process, Clean Language Symbolic Modeling, Clean Space and Emergent Knowledge Facilitation, Tourism and Reiki. She is a world traveler and has traveled extensively throughout Mexico, Guatemala, Ecuador, Greece, Turkey, Spain, Morocco, Indonesia, Thailand, Bali, India, South Africa and Japan.
