ANNOUNCING BIG CHANGES!!! I am no longer teaching Intuitive Painting in my studio. After 15 years it was time to move in a different direction. I am now teaching Workshops in Discovering the Gifts of Your Shadow and Affirmative Innergetics© Online. I am also doing Private Session of these two processes Online one on one as well. Below is a description of both.

SHDOW WORK – After teaching for 15 years and each class watching my students get stronger and stronger in their sense of self I have decided to teach separately the techniques I developed to make that happen. One of the most powerful of these techniques is Shadow Work. My New online Discovering the Gifts in Your Shadow workshop runs 6 weeks and each week we cover a different aspect of your Shadow and how to integrate it back into your life. As Carl Jung says this will make you “more whole.” The great part is you can learn to do this yourself and to recognize when your shadow is effecting your life. Then you can do something about it. This was always one of the most powerful parts of the painting class and I’m glad I can pass it along.

The First Online Shadow Class is scheduled to begin Thursday May 11, 2023 from 5- 7 through Thursday June 15th. Let me know if you would like to join us and I will add you to the list. Limited to 8 participants so we have plenty of time to work with each participant in each class. There are only 6 spaces left so let me know right away if you would like to join. Cost of 6 weeks is $35 per week for a total of $210.

AFFIRMATIVE INNERGETICS© – Is a process I developed after working with clients and combining my training in Clean Language, Shadow Work with Debbie Ford and Psych-K for muscle tesiting. I have used it on clients over the years and even on myself for amazing results.
