Announcing Second Fall 2019 Intuitive Painting Workshop, November 23-24, “PAINTING ENLIGHTENMENT”, Saturday and Sunday 10 to 5, my studio in North Portland. No previous art experience necessary all art supplies included. Details below.

 

We all have traumas, memories, joys and learning’s from the life we have lived. We have pain from losses of loved ones and pets.  Often these are hidden in our bodies and are held there until we choose to explore and transform them and see their gifts. In this weekend we will touch on these experiences and see what changes we want to make. How we want to heal, explore and shine a light on what we have been hiding.  We will follow the paint and explore where in our bodies we hold things and use the paint to process them.

Going to be a powerful time as we explore together these places in us that hold the wisdom we are looking for.

No worries if you are a beginner and never taken this class or any other art class before. All you have to do is come with an open heart and mind and the paint will do the rest. It will open the door for you and give you exactly what you need. This will be a little different than the other classes I have had, so if your interested in learning to use Intuitive Painting as a resource for healing this might be the weekend for you. Any one can do this no previous art experience required. I supply everything, all you need to do is wear old clothes you can get paint on and enjoy what wants to come.

You will need to bring a sac lunch both days. I will provide healthy snacks and a variety of teas. If you need anything else please bring it. We will take several breaks including one lunch each day.

The workshops starts each morning at 10am and goes to 5pm. I ask that you arrive between 9:30 and 9:50 so we can start right on time. The cost is $190 for first time participants and discounted to $170 for students taking it the second or multiple times. Many students take my workshops 4 or 5 times. So weather this is your first time or one of many I promise you a fun, creative, self discovery like nothing else you have done before. Let us take a meta foray into our inner world. Can’t wait.
