Welcome to the last of my Intuitive Painting Weekend Workshops for 2009, the second weekend of November 7th-8th. This weekend is for people that want to express themselves authentically, be more creative and discover what is in their heart. This process is about letting go and painting with the right side of your brain, so no experience necessary you already know and have everything you need.

Experienced artists and non-artists alike benefit from this creative weekend. Studies prove that how we feel about ourselves effects how much joy and inspiration we get out of life. This workshop lets you play, find joy and get back on an authentic track. Playing freely with the paint allows you to reach deeper parts of yourselves and listen to what they have to say. So if you want to create a more authentic life this is the weekend for you.

I have done this process with many people over the years and it never fails to give you exactly what you need. This is a free, non-judgmental, playful way to re-connect with who you really are. One of my former students said it best, “My life was like a submarine and this opened up my hatch.”

What the Weekend is Like!

This Soul Retrieval Weekend takes you safely and gently into the untapped mystery of your inner world. This fun filled painting process lets you freely play with paint and get reacquainted with creative, intuitive, authentic parts you think you may have lost. It is all about the process, letting go of judgment and not being in control, so you are free to discover what you need to know and let the painting spirits get you back on track. One of my former students said it best, “My life was like a submarine and this open up my hatch.”

Workshop is Saturday and Sunday, 10 am  to 5 pm, August 1st and 2nd, at Spirit Mask Studio, North Portland. All materials and inspirational journey provided. Just wear old comfortable clothes you can get paint on, bring a sack lunch, an open heart and  curious mind. No experience necessary, you have everything you need, this is a great freeing experience for advanced artist and beginners alike. We all could use a little Soul Retrieval now and then.

Cost is (a real bargain) $160 and includes art supplies, a $10 E-Book Guide, Intuitive Painting: Art to Empower Your Life, and a group of kindred spirits to paint and explore. I am now offering private PSYCH-K® sessions on Wednesdays to help people reprogram and change old beliefs that are holding them back.   PSYCH-K® sessions use your own body/mind connection  to reprogram and change permanently old beliefs no longer working in your life.   Our beliefs create our life and unless we change them our life will not change.  This is a fast, positive way for you to make the changes you want to make and then check  right in the session if it is complete.

What a PSYCH-K® session is like.  First  we talk about what it is you are wanting to change in your life and then we get to a statement that will change the belief.  Then we ask permission of your unconscious by muscle testing, do the balance and then retest to see if it is complete.  It is easy, effective and makes needed changes right on the spot.  What I like most about PSYCH-K® is when it reprograms the belief you want to change it also goes back and reprograms beliefs attached to it so you change several at one time. Often the change is made in just one session.

I am also available for PSYCH-K® sessions using the internet if you have SKYPE.  So if you have a camera on your computer and are linked in with SKYPE we can do a session by just scheduling a time.  If there is an issue you would like to work on contact me and we can set something up.  I have dedicated Wednesdays to Psych-K sessions.

6 WEEK SUPPORT GROUP FOR MEN AND WOMEN – STARTS OCTOBER 8TH

You create your life by knowing what you want, knowing what is real now, and letting the Path of Least Resistance follow it’s natural course.

“The Secret” and Esther Hicks teachings and book “Ask and it is Given,” helped you discover what you really want and desire in life and how to change your thinking to deliberately manifest it into being. By understanding and using 1. The Universal Law of Attraction-(you get what ever you are thinking and believing); 2. Your Vibrational Emotional set point – (what you are emotionally vibrating about what you are thinking and believing); 3. Creative Visualizations Techniques (imagine the new experience you want is already happening); you learned to create the life you desire. These were all helpful in letting you know you have the power to create your life and in fact that is what you are doing all the time.

Now we will go beyond this to discover the natural structure underneath these laws, the natural pull between what we have now and what we really want to have in our life and how to create a new structure that supports us in what we want. We will learn the questions to ask to discover what we really want and what to focus on in order to create them in our life. This is the natural law of the path of least resistance and it is operating naturally in our life at all times. DISCOVERING THE GIFTS OF YOUR SHADOW AND TRANSFORMING YOUR LIFE
– Support Group

Discovering your Shadow allows you to find the wholeness you do not allow yourself to have. Knowing your Shadow helps you to access and integrate hidden strengths and gifts you carry hidden inside. Have no doubt these Shadows are completely hidden and the only way you discover them is by being upset with or admiring others. Working with your Shadow helps you find the meaning in the disturbances in your life and then transform them in to knowing yourself and having more compassion for yourself and others.

Based on the work of Ken Wilber’s Integral 3-2-1 process and Debbie Ford’s book “The Dark Side of The Light Chasers,” we will study how our Shadow helps us become who we are and holds the gifts to transform our lives. Each week in this small group setting we will have the opportunity to explore what is disturbing us and discover the gift these disturbances hold for living our life. This is a safe, open, non-judgmental space to experience together this process.

The Shadow is a term coined by the psychologist Carl Jung to explain the parts of us that we keep hidden from ourselves. These are the parts that we determined were not acceptable and so we buried them deep in our subconscious so we could be the opposite, the person we think is acceptable and good and we are proud to be. This can lock up our soul and keep us from living to our full potential.

Discovering your shadows and the gifts they have for you is probably the most freeing experience you can have. Imagine trying to hold a beach ball under water, how much energy that takes and when it gets loose it pops up and hits you in the face. This is how your Shadow works, it is always there trying to give you the balance your life needs and pops up to hit you until you finely get the message your life needs.

This study group helps you discover the beauty and gifts in your Shadow and to accept and welcome them into your life. This is about finding peace and freeing energy you have been wasting holding yourself down. It is not that you will become the terrible shadow you are hiding but that by knowing and accepting it is a part of you, you will be more accepting and compassionate with yourself and all the people in your life.
