Scheduled for Weekend of March 13-14 at my studio in Portland, Oregon, both days 10 to 5.

Intuitive Power Painting lets you do all three while freely playing with paint and having a lot of fun. Make no mistake this is a life changing weekend, you will learn a lot in these two short days. You learn about yourself, your intuition and what is needed to open up your life.

The Workshop runs two full days, Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm. It is held at my Studio, in Portland, Oregon. All you have to do is wear old comfortable clothes you can get paint on, bring a sack lunch, have an open heart and a curious mind and I will do the rest.

Absolutely no experience necessary, you already have everything you need. All inspiration and art materials supplied.

Cost is $327 and includes all art supplies and a free copy of my E-Book Intuitive Painting: Art to Empower Your Life. DISCOVERING THE GIFTS OF YOUR SHADOW WEEKLY STUDY GROUP

This is a study group for you to befriend your shadows by taking whatever person or situation is bothering or disgusting you the most and turning it into the gift you need.

Once you understand what that is, and how you can benefit from it, it transforms and you are no longer bothered or disturbed and can now use it in your life. You can never have complete peace until you learn to do this.

Based on the work of Debbie Ford and her book “The Dark Side of The Light Chasers,” we will study how our Shadow helps us become who we are and holds the gifts to empower our lives. Discovering your shadows and its gifts is probably the most freeing experience you can have. As Debbie Ford describes it, “Imagine trying to hold a beach ball under water, how much energy that takes and when it gets loose it pops up and hits you in the face.” This is how your Shadow works, it is always there trying to give you the balance your life needs and pops up to hit you until you finely get the message your life needs.

Group meets weekly, Thursday evenings 7 to 9 pm or afternoons 1 to 3, for 6 weeks. Cost is $35 dollars per week, can be paid weekly or at beginning of group. Group meets at my studio in North Portland. Group is limited to 8 people.

A Visual-Journaling Study Group is a small group of women coming together for 6 weeks to access and explore their emotions and find the messages, wisdom and guidance they carry within. They learn to recognize, shift and transform emotions by first receiving an image and then using developing questions to understanding the meaning the image it is trying to give. Images express what words cannot. By setting a clear intention, centering in body awareness, using guided visualization and then drawing the images that come, you are able to understand and make changes on all three levels needed for transformation, body, mind and cellular.

Our feelings communicate what our life needs and every emotion we have has an image attached. By accessing these images, our inner wisdom is brought to light and we are able to reduce stress, release anger, resolve conflicts, get in touch with our emotions and give voice to our soul. The body always knows and guides you to the place you need to go. Each week you will learn something new.

Week 1- Access and Express Your Emotions.
Week 2- Access, Release and transform your Stress-producing emotions.
Week 3- Let your images speak and tell you a story.
Week 4- Overcoming your fears.
Week 5-Resolving your inner conflicts.
Week 6-Visual Journaling as a lifelong practice.

Anyone can do this. You don’t need to know anything about using art materials or how to draw. You just need the desire and courage to explore, and open up the dialogue between your inner and outer worlds. Unlike regular journaling that uses language and the left brain, this is a direct right brain connection to your inner world.

Fall Workshop-INTUITIVE PAINTING: EXPRESSING YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF WEEKEND- Workshop November 7th-8th

Welcome to the last of my Intuitive Painting Weekend Workshops for 2009, the second weekend of November 7th-8th. This weekend is for people that want to express themselves authentically, be more creative and discover what is in their heart. This process is about letting go and painting with the right side of your brain, so no experience necessary you already know and have everything you need.

Experienced artists and non-artists alike benefit from this creative weekend. Studies prove that how we feel about ourselves effects how much joy and inspiration we get out of life. This workshop lets you play, find joy and get back on an authentic track. Playing freely with the paint allows you to reach deeper parts of yourselves and listen to what they have to say. So if you want to create a more authentic life this is the weekend for you.

Private PSYCH-K® Sessions on Wednesdays

I am now offering private PSYCH-K® sessions on Wednesdays to help people reprogram and change old beliefs that are holding them back.   PSYCH-K® sessions use your own body/mind connection  to reprogram and change permanently old beliefs no longer working in your life.   Our beliefs create our life and unless we change them our life will not change.  This is a fast, positive way for you to make the changes you want to make and then check  right in the session if it is complete.

What a PSYCH-K® session is like.  First  we talk about what it is you are wanting to change in your life and then we get to a statement that will change the belief.  Then we ask permission of your unconscious by muscle testing, do the balance and then retest to see if it is complete.  It is easy, effective and makes needed changes right on the spot.  What I like most about PSYCH-K® is when it reprograms the belief you want to change it also goes back and reprograms beliefs attached to it so you change several at one time. Often the change is made in just one session.

I am also available for PSYCH-K® sessions using the internet if you have SKYPE.  So if you have a camera on your computer and are linked in with SKYPE we can do a session by just scheduling a time.  If there is an issue you would like to work on contact me and we can set something up.  I have dedicated Wednesdays to Psych-K sessions.
